here is a video of what is the outcome. villages consisting of three to fifty units, housing up to150 families, indoor gardens, comunity centers, kindergardens, maybe private schools, small hospitals and workshops.
what we need for sure is a list of organizations helping and contributing to the project with staff and resources. this would embody state authorities, government, local authorities, minsterien, tüv, baubehörden etc. aber auch den vielleicht deutsch-türkischen gemüsehändlerverein für den verkauf der podukte oder baywa unnd bayer cropsciences for seeds and assistance. connected to this are supportprograms provided by state agencies and private donors and peoples projects. this list will be compiled until the next issue of this series.
the plan could be to start two or three of these village experiments and refine training and education for those to develop a program for following volunteers. in europe we do have one great advantage and that is especially true for germany, we have a big pool of migrants, who do know a lot about our culture and the cultural background of the immigrants, the advantages of our methods and who can easily build bridges to the immigrants while on training.
in many cases there is also a method to help children and youngsters of migrants with no or near nothing of any education at all, to qualify in these programs and find their way and pride in these teams. here is some more information about the developments and chances for everyone.
